Springtime in the Smokies is time for renewal with beautiful wild flowers, lush green trees and lushes, the return of our birds from down south and lots of baby deer, black bear, squirrels, raccoon and other local critters wandering around the beautiful landscape.
A refreshing renewal has come early this year for this 4 bedroom chalet for rent in Pigeon Forge Tennessee named A Royal View.
A Royal View is just that, a vacation home rental with stunning Pigeon Forge city and mountain views as well as rocking chairs and a wonderful hot tub out on the deck to soak in the great views.
While A Royal View was already nice inside, the new renovation has really updated and upgraded this already great vacation home rental sitting on a fantastic location in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
The interior upgrade included new carpeting and paint throughout the chalet. The fully equipped kitchen was also upgraded with new counter tops. New counter tops were also installed in the bathrooms as well.
Besides the bathrooms new counter tops, new tile floors were also installed in all 3 bathrooms, along with new tile walls and shower in the Jacuzzi Tub in the bath down stairs, there are even new sinks!
To keep the chalet named A Royal View comfortable year round, a new more efficient central air-conditioning unit was also just installed along with new landscaping and mulch. Doesn't that sounds great?
